• Eligibility for Return

  • The statue must have been received in a broken or damaged condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for other reasons, such as buyer’s remorse or minor imperfections not affecting functionality.

• Timeframe for Returns

  • You must notify us of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns or claims outside this period will not be accepted.

• Steps to File a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at DirectlyAnime@gmail.com within the return timeframe.
  • Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Description of the damage
    • Clear photos of the broken statue and its packaging (including shipping labels).

• Return Approval

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.

• Refund or Replacement

  • Upon receiving the returned statue, we will inspect it to confirm the damage.
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

• Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Statues damaged after delivery due to mishandling, improper use, or accidents are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Any returns made without prior approval will not be processed.
